Elisabetta Franzoso - MA in Counselling, Dip Psychology & Gestalt Therapy
“Elisabetta Franzoso is one of those rare women who struggles deeply, works powerfully, lives fully, cries openly, laughs loudly, and loves completely. Her experiences with family and self run the full spectrum from elated joy to utter collapse, and back to a solid foundation for whole and healthy living. She is a powerful speaker, excellent facilitator, and highest quality contributor.”

Hello I’m Elisabetta,
An international integrative coach, mentor trainer & speaker with more than 25 years of life & professional experience spent in Asia & Australia and multiple qualifications ranging from traditional coaching and counselling techniques to cutting edge transpersonal psychology, neuro linguistic programming (NLP), neuroscience and epigenetics.
I am a dynamic and spirited Italian woman and mother, whose background, both professionally and personally, has shaped my approach to my coaching & counselling profession, finally culminating in my impactful and innovative methodology: Get Into Your Groove Integrative (Life) Coaching
I have an immense fervour for inspiring and motivating men and women to re-engage with their confidence & wellness (such as physical and mental health), choosing a life of purpose enriched with stimulating relationships.
My passion for learning means my practice is constantly evolving. I currently have a multitude of coaching and counselling qualifications, including being a student of international motivators and teachers such as Anthony Robbins (Life Mastery), Debbie Ford (The Shadow Effect) and Gabrielle Roth (5 Rhythms). I am a former facilitator and coach of the internationally known Hoffman Quadrinity Process.
“Taking risk, investing time, energy and money in my personal growth and empowerment were actions I chose for my own and my family’s health. They were actions of love and self-responsibility that led me and my daughter Stella on a journey towards personal freedom.”
Elisabetta Franzoso (Stella’s Mum Gets Her Groove Back - Singapore, 2008)
Originally from Italy, my journey with self development began during the 25 years I lived in South East Asia, and it is continuing now in Europe where I moved after my divorce.
A fierce desire to be a better mother, wife and woman led me to the very first encounter with self-development where I went and sought help. This is where I first saw change, the layers began to unfurl and my life started to transform. I became driven to gather more knowledge and develop skills in this field so that eventually I could guide someone else to embark on their own journey.
My Journey
My rich array of knowledge and personal experience, coupled with my international exposure and cultural sensitivities, has helped me curate a truly unique, versatile and zestful approach to my profession as an international coach, trainer, mentor and key-note speaker.
Along this journey in 2008, I published my first book Stella’s Mum Gets Her Groove Back - A True Story.
The process of writing this book empowered me to take responsibility for my actions and freed myself from the toxic and damaging cycle which was affecting my family, marriage and myself as a parent. Within the book, I wrote about my challenging past of abuse and neglect, at a time when this topic was still hardly talked about and confronted. My wish has always been to inspire and motivate other men and women to share their stories, in order for them to heal their lives.
My Mission
As a key-note speaker and trainer, my mission is to guide, educate and empower individuals around the globe on the importance of getting to know the deep meaning of Love, Empowerment & Personal Freedom connected to wellbeing (physical & mental health) and deep transformation.
“Love is an active force with the power to transform and free men & women inside & out.”
Elisabetta Franzoso
As Gandhi so wisely once put it… we must, “be the change we want to see in the world”.
As I moved on my own self-empowering journey, I connected more with my deep desires for social activism. Since 2008, when my first book "Stellas Mum Gets Her Groove Back" was published, my aim has been to build awareness and education around the following topics by offering talks, workshops and webinars on:
Domestic Violence
Family Relationships (parent to children, parent to parent)
Abuse & Neglect in family
Bullying in school environment
Sexual Harassment
Racism
